    Hello guys,
I need your help to choose the right solution. The idea is to display a catalogue of goodies for a big company and each employee can order them.

    Here is my need:
    – a products catalogue with categories, product titles, descriptions, images, quantity, a “add to cart button” but no price (the price will be negociate nationally)
    – the user must log in to acces the catalogue, he chooses the products he want, add the to cart and order with no payment, no delivery. In fact the order email is send to a regional director which has to approve the order then send it to national direct who orders manually to the suppliers. So my second question is: how can I attribute a regional director email to a user account.

Tx a lot for your help,

    Hi @newki75,

Products catalog can be certainly set up in WooCommerce but some features you’re looking for are not available by default.

You may use WooCommerce extensions or you’d want to go through a bit of customization for your site and the completed order email template according to your needs.

If you do require more help with the actual coding, we’d recommend hiring a developer or one of the customization experts listed at https://woocommerce.com/customizations/.

For overriding templates and create your own customized structure you’d want to start from here: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/template-structure/.

Please let us know if you have any more questions.

    Cheers.
