WooCommerce Order Cancels due to delay in 2CO processing

We currently have a natural products store. We are using both PayPal and 2CO for payment processing. All of our PayPal orders process without any issues. Unfortunately when a client selects 2CO as the payment gateway the order is automatically canceled and we get the following message:; “Unpaid order cancelled – time limit reached. Order status changed from Pending Payment to Cancelled”. Please assist.
