Have major difficulty updating a WooCommerce site that I cloned to a staging area in early December so I could to some major theme changes. It is now ready to go live but I needed to update WooCommerce with all the new orders and customers the happened in those few month. I migrate and imported all new uses without problems and totals match on users backend. I did a WooComerce Customer migrate from the last date but after the import the WooComerce Customer numbers are about 30 customers short. But the biggest issue seem to be the WooCommerce Orders. I have migrated the orders received after 2 Dec 2022 and the export goes fine but when I import the migration file which has 129 new orders it says it skipped some and updated some which it shouldn’t on a first run but here is the big problem it changes the ORDER Number. The last order number was 108613 and on the live site where the migration came from the next order number is 108626 but the import has them starting 110833 so every single order import now has a wrong order number which is going to cause problems if a customer inquires about their order with a number that is not in the system.
I have checked the csv file in the downloaded bundle and the order numbers are correct in that so it is the import that is mucking it up.
Need to get the New site live yesterday but can’t till I get this mess sorted.
Any one got any ideas. I have lodged a basic support ticket more than 24 hours ago that only touched on the customer numbers issue have not even been able to tell them about the Order number problem without launching another ticket.
