WooCommerce Order is not added into Tracking Automatically

    Hi,

    I have purchased the premium version of the plugin. I tried to manually create order from Woocommerce, upon saving the order, the order is not added it into tracking plugin. I have enabled the Woocommerce integration from the setting.

    Hi Bryant,

    As mentioned on our plugin description page, the automatic order creation integrates with the WooCommerce checkout process (on the front end). We make use of WooCommerce’s available hooks to hook into the order submission process. Corresponding orders will only be created automatically in our plugin when an order is placed using the WooCommerce (front end) checkout system. Unfortunately, it isn’t currently possible to have it automatically create an order in our plugin when an order is manually created in the WooCommerce admin (back end).
