Woocommerce – Order on-hold email to customer generated in 4 pieces.

Hi,
I have started experiencing an issue with the Order-on-hold email sent to the customer. It worked fine till yesterday. Today however, it started appearing in 4 separate blocks as shown in:

Before the problem started all was normal as in:
https://we.tl/IBM90ThEQ5
I am using WPML, but cannot imagine how some translated strings can result in this behavior. Also, this behavior exists even when I disable the WPML plugins.
I tried to overwite the default template, still the same behavior.
I will appreciate any comments and pointers.
