Woocommerce Order Page Popup broken

I’ve been trying this for weeksnow with different themes, all updated frameworks and every attempt to view the order details (view modal popup) fails.

The window tries to open, loading gif plays and then it just closes.

Are there any known issues or conflicts? Has anyone managed to get this working or fixed the problem before?

Im about to give up on ultimate member altogether. ??
