    Hi,

We use Woocommerce for our website when customers place an order with us. For the confirmation email, we send it automatically from Woocommerce to 4 different internal email addresses. Now it is that these 4 addresses are not receiving some emails from Woocommerce. It seems completely random because one address, for example, can receive the mail while the other 3 then don’t get it. Does anyone know how to resolve this? Plug-in has already been updated and this has not fixed the problem.

    Hi @romy09,

To ensure we are on the same page, could you kindly check that the mail lists have no spaces, only commas to separate them, as shown below?

You may consider installing a plugin such as WP Mail Logging if there is no space between mail lists. This will allow you to access all outgoing email logs from your site. If you observe that mail is being sent, it’s worth inspecting your SMTP settings.

Equally important is to check your spam folders. Sometimes, emails mistakenly marked as spam end up there.

If the issue still continues, please review our email sending FAQ for help, troubleshooting steps and solutions here: https://woo.com/document/email-faq/

Let us know how that goes. Looking forward to helping you.
