WooCommerce Order Status Change Notifier

Can I ask what specific functionality you are looking for on your site? WooCommerce Order Status Change Notifier has been discontinued, but much of the functionality it offered is now included directly in WooCommerce core.

If you would like to notify a customer about the reason for an Order Status change, you can add a Note to Customer once you’ve changed an order status: https://d.pr/i/mw7Oi5

Private notes that are not visible to the customer can also be added via default functionality.

If that’s not the functionality you are looking for, please let us know. Perhaps we can offer some other recommendation ??

It sounds like you would like to prevent the default WooCommerce emails from going out for status changes, but only in certain cases. Is that correct?

Or is there a specific set of status changes for which you don’t want to notify the customer – for example, all status changes to On Hold?

Not make any sense. There was a check box notify customer. For example I forget to change status in one order and after 3 days where customer receive the order I need to change the status to complete. So after 3 days I don’t want to change the status and customer receive the email. It is clear enough I think

That makes sense – you are looking for the functionality to disable the default emails on a case-by-case basis.

I don’t know of any plugin that offers that functionality off the top of my head.

It would also be possible to add this functionality to your site with a customization. For customizations, we recommend reaching out to someone on our WooCommerce Customizations Page.

thanks you had an easy plugin as a mention above an you retired. you can at least add this easy option to the next update, it is just a tick box to notify the customer or no

I understand that this functionality used to be offered by the WooCommerce Order Status Change Notifier plugin. I’m sorry to say there isn’t currently any plan to bring that plugin back.

If you’d like to see this functionality in WooCommerce core, I recommend adding your idea to the Ideas Board. This is where developers go to look for future plugin features and improvements.

In the meantime, I’d recommend adding this as a customization on your site, or seeing if there are any other plugins on www.ads-software.com that offer this functionality.
