Woocommerce order status changing automatically

    Hello,

    On my WordPress website, two days ago, I received a virtual order. The order was showing in processing. Now I check the status of that order has automatically been changed to pending payment.

    I did not change the status of the order. Even, on the order note section, there are no updates that the order is changed from processing to pending payment.

    Even if I search the order in all orders (in the admin panel), the order does not show.

    What payment method was used for this order? Could you share the following so we can take a closer look?

    System Status:?You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

    Error log:?share a copy of the fatal error log found under WooCommerce > System Status > Logs (if available)
