Woocommerce order status issue

Hi,
We are using woocommerce and the payment gateway Authorize.net.
We are facing 2 issues for now.
- We have noticed some of the orders are showing with status “Failed” even when the payment has been done.
2. Wherein a transaction showing the status as processing and payment made via authorize.net but we may not have received the funds.
