• Hi, I’ve searched through this forum and I understand this issue might be related to some browsers blocking your cookies that prevent orders from being tracked multiple times.

    I’ve experienced various errors and I am not sure whether the issue is on the plugin’s side, in Analytics or in my site.

    I’ve double checked the plugin’s settings and everything seems well, apart from other, these settings are enabled: Order data in data layer, Exclude tax from revenue, Exclude shipping from revenue, Do not flag orders as being tracked.

    Use case:

    • Order is created on 30.03.2021 with the net value of 103 €
    • Order is paid with payment gateway, which loads order’s /order-received page second time once the payment is done
    • Today (08.04.2021) I’ve checked Analytics and this order is tracked (in Goals/Conversions) three times, once on 03.04. and twice on 07.04 with the total revenue tracked for this order of 309 €

    If I look at Site Content > All Pages in Analytics and filter out that order’s /order-received URL, I get 5 results (twice on 30.03. as mentioned in bullet #1 above).

    My questions:

    1. Why this order wasn’t properly tracked on it’s creation date (30.03.) in Conversions, but only days later?
    2. What could be the cause of /order-received URL being loaded multiple times, days after the order is even completed, shipped and received by the customer?
