    Dear support,
    It’s a great plugin.
But I see that my question like many others and still without the general fix.
Orders in Woocommerce not mutch to orders in GA. Half of the orders shown in GA and half not
    I made some research:
    – Checked month and week quantity, previous complete month
    – Checked orders with the different payment method
    – Tried different settings

The purpose of the installation of your plugin was to fix this issue. It works fine about a month and after the issue appeared again.

    Hope to your help

    Hey @jugoh

A few things to keep in mind with tracking:

    – Orders that are manually created from the wp-admin interface will not be tracked

    – Orders must be paid with a payment method that redirects the customer to the “Thank you/ Order received” page. If the payment method directs the customer to another page instead of the default WooCommerce one, the plugin cannot track those orders

If the plugin was working for you normally before you’ll want to look at what has changed on your site. It’s like that an update to a theme or plugin, or the addition of new themes/plugins has caused a conflict.

We have a guide on how to test for conflicts here:

    Dear Phil,
I see a few reasons for this:
    – cache plugin (now I deactivated it for check)
    – small conversion window: for example, the visitor made an order, but paid it next day – this order will not appear in GA
    – an order cancelled by the manager before pushing data from Woo to GA

Can I change last two factors for some way?

small conversion window: for example, the visitor made an order, but paid it next day – this order will not appear in GA

While this would impact the “Source” of the order, the sale should still appear in GA as long as the customer comes backs to your site and makes their payment using a gateway that uses the default “Thank You” page.

There are not any settings in the plugin to set the lifespan of a tracking pixel for a customer.

an order cancelled by the manager before pushing data from Woo to GA

WooCommerce itself does not have any way to intentionally delay sending tracking info to GA. The plugin inserts tracking code from GA directly into your site, so tracking stats are captured directly by Google. GA can take up to 24hours to display the traffic in your account though.

If an order was placed and paid by a customer on your site, that information will be captured by the GA tracking codes that are added to your page regardless of if you cancel this order afterwards.

If you are having trouble with these orders tracking, you may want to test your site using the Google Tag Assistant, to ensure there is no problems with the tracking codes being inserted.

We haven’t heard from you in a while, so I’m assuming that the above information helped. I’m going to mark this thread as resolved but please don’t hesitate to start a new thread with any other questions or problems.
