Yes for sure it updates the status in real-time.
1. order is created as soon as the payment is made and detected -> unconfirmed transaction so it’s on hold.
2. as soon as the payment is confirmed our servers send a real-time notification to your site (handled by the plugin) to update the order status. This can take minutes or an hour depending on the bitcoin transaction fee paid.
If you use local currency settlement, we provide instant confirmation with guaranteed payment for almost all payments which removes the waiting time before an order is completed and can be delivered.
When an order is updated, the usual WooCommerce emails can then be triggered same as it does for any other orders paid.
