Hello @cpi83 , I went to the link you provided and see the error isn’t there anymore. Were you able to fix it? I am having the same issue on my staging website and was wondering about a fix for this, so if you can share it that would be great!

Steps:

login to wp-admin > click on edit of the contact-page > one moment later i get the error

I am getting the error when in wp-admin. The error is still there. No matter if i use Gutenberg or the flatsome builder.

Can you please share how did you add the Contact Page to your site as this is not part of the default pages of WooCommerce?

If this was added thru a third-party plugin or a custom code, it would be best to reach out to the developers for further assistance here.

Additionally, please include your System Status Report that you can find via WooCommerce > Status. Select Get system report and then Copy for support. Once you’ve done that, you can paste it into your reply here.

If you could also provide the fatal error logs (if any) under WooCommerce > Status > Logs.

Thanks for your confirmation that the Contact Page was added under Pages > Add New.

I replicated the scenario on my personal site, however, I am unable to reproduce the issue on my end.

Can you please share with us a screenshot of your Contact Page for us to check this further?

Meanwhile, have your tried to switch to the default Storefront theme and only WooCommerce plugin is enabled and see if this works?

you can only see it in admin but I have already shared some screenshots showing the error-message. i have found out that contact form 7 is making issues but i don’t know if it is also the reason for the woocommerce 404-error in console.

Just to clarify, the 404 error is only being displayed in the console, and not on the front-end of the site at all?

To check, you can disable the contact form 7 plugin and see if this resolves the issue.

However, the error you have shared references the Flatsome builder, which, as far as I am aware, is packaged with the Flatsome theme?

This being said, can you please temporarily switch your theme to Storefront, and see if the error still persists? If that resolves the issue, you’ll want to get in touch with your theme’s developer and see if they have an update or fix for you.

If this makes no difference, before suggesting a conflict test, can you see if deactivating and reactivating WooCommerce makes any difference?

If not, please can you try deleting WooCommerce and then downloading the latest version?here. Once you have the download, you can try installing WooCommerce and see if any errors occur after that.

Just to add?– deleting the WooCommerce plugin will not affect your WooCommerce data in any way, all orders, customer etc will still be there once WooCommerce has been reinstalled.

If that makes no difference, please can you following this guide to perform a full conflict test to see if any theme/plugin conflicts may be causing this error.

The latest woocommerce-update fixed the error-message. I still can’t edit the contact-page in admin but that seems to be another issue.
