WooCommerce Page Invisible in Some Countries

  • Hey everyone,
    I’m getting emails from people saying that they’re seeing an error when they try to load a product page (woocommerce) on my site. It’s working fine for me and from some geolocations but not others. This issue is very stressful, costing me business and I’d love it if you could help me fix it.

    Here’s the page that works for some and doesn’t work for others:

    When I checked the page in GeoPeeker.com, it shows in two IP locations, but 404 on others:

    Please note the following:
    – I have no cacheing plugins on my site
    – I have a CDN plugin (bunnycdn) and have tried purging it but that didn’t work
    – I’ve contacted bunnycdn about help, beaverbuilder (my website builder software) as well as my server company cloudways and none could find an answer.

    My question:
    What do I need to do to fix this?

    Since the countries where the problem exists are listed in that then maybe fixing that will help!

    That’s either a theme, WooCommerce, or a plugin doing that.

    You might swap the theme out temporarily then run that same test again to narrow that down some more.

    Disabling the plugins might be a further test if it’s not the theme.

    That is not a part of WordPress itself causing that!!!

    There it is! Thank you!

    I realized this was coming from a plugin I was using to restrict a product to certain countries. However, I didn’t want the entire thing to disappear!

    I’ve disabled the plugin and after retesting on geopeeker the page now loads from all countries.
