Woocommerce page show before payment provider

    Hello everyone! Thank you for your help, is very much apreciated.

    I have a little issue in my website, I use kadence with gutenberg blocks. My payment provider is vivawallet (since we sell CBD we cannot use stripe or paypal).

    The thing is that when my customers clic to pay on my checkout page, the screen: https://i.postimg.cc/SjbbjZkz/Screenshot-2024-02-18-at-12-31-28.png appears for 2-3 seconds before the vivawallet page appears (with the credit cards info). Is quite annoying because sometimes 2-3s is enough for people to leave the page.

    Someone could help my to replace this page, or at least, replace it by my logo, a waiting gif or translate it?

    I understand there’s a brief delay when transitioning from your checkout page to the VivaWallet payment page, and you’re seeing a placeholder screen in between which could potentially impact your customer experience.

    Looking at the shared screenshot, it looks like the context is pulled from your payment gateway plugin. Could you please share a direct link to the VivaWallet plugin you’re using?

    Sorry for the confusion. It seems I did not communicate clearly. I was requesting that you send the link to the payment gateway plugin you are using in your store. The reason why I’m asking for this is so that I can get to install it and test in my test store for further assistance.

    The thing is that I’m not sure you could try it because you’ll need a vivawallet account.. :/
