Woocommerce payment option not displaying

Hi,

I have very serious issue with my woocommerce store when I install the mangopay plugin then it doesn’t show me any of the payment options it always shows me below error
” Sorry, it seems that there is no method of settlement available for your state. Please contact us if you need help or if you want to set up an alternative. ”

it says that state issue but I am not sure why this error shows me every time I tried Please if you can help me on this issue it would be very great
