WooCommerce Payment Plugin BACS not processing

  • Hi,
    Please can someone help me with a problem I have encountered with WooCommerce Payment plugin.
    A customer has clicked the Direct Bank Transfer button but the payment is not being processed.
    In my orders dashboard the message is “Awaiting BACS payment Order status changed from Pending payment to On hold.” for the order placed.
    In the plugin settings I am unable to find any switch or button to make sure BACS is enabled.
    Please has anyone any advice on this.
