    Hello there,
I have created a e-commerce website! I have configured and enabled all the required options and pages as per the need!
I want to change the design and text of the “Payment Received Page”. When the customer places his order and pays, a page appears saying, “You order has been successfully placed”,with the order details. Here, I want to add and edit some things. Please tell me how to do this!

  • Hello @aasher,

Congratulations on your new WooCommerce site! Great idea about customizing the thank you page too. There is a paid plugin that lets you do that called “Custom Thank You Pages.”

    https://woocommerce.com/products/custom-thank-pages/

There is also a guide that shows various ways to customize the thank you page that might be helpful for you.

Hopefully one of these will work for you. Let us know if we can help.

    Take care,

Thank you so much for your help!
One more thing, I would like to tell you, after I enter the Billing details and shipping details on the checkout page and when it comes to pay, I have to select a payment method and when proceeded to pay, at this time, as it loads for the respective platform (payment), in the background, the woocommerce endpoint – ‘payment received page’ is seen! I don’t want that to come before payment! Please help me in this!

If you’d like to send over the URL to your site, I’d be happy to take a look and see what’s happening with that.

You can see the payment page loading, which is Ccavenue. And in the background, the woocommerce payment received page is seen! Please help me in this!

I don’t want that page to be seen! I am sorry, I mentioned “the payment received page” by mistake! It’s just I don’t want that page which is coming in the background.

    Hi @aasher

Typically issues like this are caused by a theme or plugin conflict. Try switching back to a default theme like Twenty Nineteen and disable all plugins except for WooCommerce to see if this resolves the issue. If so, then re-enable each one at a time until you find the one that’s causing the conflict.
