WooCommerce Payments Banner Ad

For anyone having this issue, here’s how I fixed it:

1. Installed WooCommerce Payments
2. Activated WooCommerce Payments
3. Deactivated WooCommerce Payments
4. Deleted WooCommerce Payments

Came here to complain about the same thing. It’s:

• Obtrusive: larger than most banner ads
• Misleading: tells us to “customize” something we don’t even have
• Annoying: can’t be dismissed without the CTA being clicked

For now, by clicking the Customize your deposits button and refreshing the site, it should be removed.

@wgruppe2021 It’s possible you can still see it if it’s cached locally.

Hi there!

Could you follow the steps below to force-refresh the cache? You would need to do something like:

1. Install and a activate https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/wp-crontrol/
2. Go to Tools -> Cron events.
3. Find wc_admin_daily and run it.
