    After I select a product, go to my cart and I try to check out through PayPal and enter my paypal account information to pay, I get this error message.

    “Some of your info isn’t correct. Please try again.” I know the information is correct because when I go to login to my PayPal account through my browser to the PayPal website, I can login with the same information, no problem.

    I went to your checkout and see that you’re using PayPal in Sandbox mode:

    To use Sandbox mode, please note that you need a separate sandbox account created via PayPal Sandbox. Can you please confirm that you’re using this one?

    Yes I have an PayPal developers account with sandbox. I can use a credit card and check out no problem, and I can us the sandbox no problem. But when I try to make a real purchase through a completely different browser I get that error message.

    Can you please clarify if you’re using your developer PayPal Sandbox credentials or a personal PayPal account when trying to make a purchase?

    Using my personal account to attempt make a purchase. I can use a credit card successfully. But no one can make a PayPal purchase without getting that error message.

    Hi @mbenatar,

    If you’re using PayPal in Sandbox mode, then you should use personal Sandbox buyer credentials.

    What if you switch your PayPal settings to live mode in WooCommerce > Settings > Payments > PayPal Checkout:

    – Environment > switch to Live
    – API Credentials > copy them over from your live PayPal account
    – place a test order with live PayPal account
