The website has an SSL, the API credentials have been input by connecting the site with Paypal and the confirmation via email was also done. However, every time we test the checkout we get the following message in the step between the billing address and where we should be inputting the credit card information.

“There are no available payment methods for your state”

What is the solution?

I deactivated plugins and that didn’t help get rid of the error. We’re using Printful for WooCommerce which provides shipping and taxes so I did not add Jetpack to the site since we don’t need Jetpack for that. Does this plugin require Jetpack even if we don’t need it for taxes and shipping?

Sorry about the delay here.

You do not need Jetpack at all to have PayPal checkout work on your site.

I do think I know what is going on though. I think you are expecting the site to show PayPal Checkout at the WooCommerce checkout page, but it’s not designed to show up on the checkout page in WooCommerce (it’s designed to show up on the cart and product pages to bypass the checkout page). You can set it up to do that, but in order to show up as a payment method on your checkout, that setting has to be on.
