Woocommerce paypal – Credit card payment Error

Thanks for reaching out!

I understand that your customers who choose to pay by credit card after jumping to PayPal through the website are reporting that the bank has deducted the money, but the website prompts that the order payment failed and PayPal cannot receive the payment for the order, correct?

Can you please share with us a screenshot of the Order Notes for this failed order so that we could check this further?

Additionally, I’d like to understand your site properly, please share your System Status Report that you can find via WooCommerce > Status. Select Get system report and then Copy for support. Once you’ve done that, you can paste it into your reply here.

Please note that this forum is specific for WooCommerce Core. There are several reasons to get this error UNPROCESSABLE_ENTITY, I recommend to first update your WordPress version on your site, and then you can create a test order making sure the billing details (postal code, address, city, etc.) are correct.

If the issue persists, I recommend forwarding your request to the dedicated PayPal Payments support forum here, this is for better assistance.
