Woocommerce/PayPal issue

    Hi there! I am having issues with PayPal. Can anyone help troubleshoot this error?

    New customers can not check out using the credit card option. It says “something went wrong please choose another payment source”

    From the Log: WARNING [UNPROCESSABLE_ENTITY] The requested action could not be performed, semantically incorrect, or failed business validation. https://developer.paypal.com/docs/api/payments/v2/#error-CAPTURE_FULLY_REFUNDED

    Observations:
    -It is just this product, and only when credit card payment is chosen (not PayPal as a payment option)
    -It is only new customers, not ones who already have an account (previous purchase)
    -It is sporadic (was working fine yesterday but I have changed some settings, for example, turned vaulting OFF)
    -Woocommerce subscriptions plugin is installed (but not applied to this product)
    – WooCommerce Price Based on Country (Basic) is installed and is applied to this product
