    Hallo,

    Hello @oliverleuchten

Firstly, could you check under Safari’s Privacy tab and disable the “Hide IP address from trackers” option? Once done, please refresh the checkout page and see if the PayPal buttons appear.

Also, I’d like to gather some additional information to narrow down the cause and better judge what could be causing this, we are interested in a copy of your WooCommerce system report.

The system report can be accessed from here:
WooCommerce > Status > Get system report > Copy for support

Please provide those log entries on our?PrivateBin. After uploading, paste here the link, so we can review them in detail. If you don’t feel comfortable sharing those details on a public forum, please open a ticket with our service desk. You can find the instruction for this here:?https://paypal.inpsyde.com/docs/request-support/
(please add the URL of this thread in the ticket as well).

It’s worth noting that after our recent update, even if the “Place order” button isn’t replaced by our smart button, the “Place order” button should still act as a payment gateway and redirect to PayPal. Therefore, in this rare situation, it shouldn’t significantly affect your customers’ ability to complete their transactions.

Please let us know the outcome of these steps.

    Kind Regards,
    Krystian

    Hi @inpsydekrystian

der Trecker ist genau das Problem, allerdings ist dies ja eine Option die jeder Kunde selber einstellen muss.

Gibt es eine andere L?sung für das Problem??

    Beste Grü?e

    Hello @oliverleuchten

Unfortunately, without access to your system report, it’s challenging for me to provide a specific answer to your question. However, I can offer some general advice that might help.

Using the latest version of the PayPal Payments plugin, we have implemented a feature where the “Place order” button remains visible on the Checkout page. This button will redirect the buyer to the PayPal website if the smart buttons fail to load. This ensures that there is always a fallback option for your customers to complete their PayPal payment, even in cases where the smart buttons are not functioning as expected.

Additionally, there is an option to entirely disable the PayPal smart buttons on the Checkout page. You can find more information and instructions on how to do this here: Disable Checkout Smart Buttons. By disabling these buttons, PayPal Payments will operate similarly to the old PayPal Standard integration. This means that buyers will be redirected to the PayPal website with a “Proceed to PayPal” button instead of using the embedded smart buttons on the Checkout page. However, it’s important to note that this change would disable advanced features on the Checkout page, such as Pay Later, Advanced Card Processing, Vaulting, and others, as these features require the PayPal scripts to be loaded on the page.

Beyond these options, there are limited solutions we can offer to address specific Safari configurations that might be blocking PayPal from loading.

I hope this information is helpful to you. If you have any further questions or need additional assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.

    Kind Regards,

    Krystian
