The developers are in the best position to help you as we would need more data to help you here, and potentially private data that we cannot ask in forums anyway.

@nicolamustone, Unfortunately the Support couldn’t help me. My cliente don’t have and active license at the momment. Anyway, I advanced with the situation, now i get all the data from the buyer like (name, product name, etc) the only thing that still didn’t show up, is the background image (voucher template). What could that be? I’m using .jpeg images.

I have the same issue with the plugin “Image not found or type unknown”. It appears to be conflicting with my caching plugin (lightspeed Cache). WHenever deactivate it I’m able to manually generate the voucher with the background image. What setting do I need to change in Lightspeed Cache so that the PDF voucher is able to generate the background image. Everything else works though.

It says problem resolved? Was it actually resolved or was it resolved from the point of view that emailing the developer is the resolution?

Would you mind sharing your solution or workaround to the background image not loading? I currently have to deactivate the lightspeed cache plugin, then I’m able to generate the voucher background image. Thanks
