WooCommerce Pending Payments – Users being kicked off

    Hi,

    Some of my users are being kicked off at payment stage and then the order status is pending payment and it stays that way. We use Realex payments.

    Has anyone experienced this before?

    We use Realex payments.

    Thant’s not a built-in payment option that comes with WooCommerce.

    Support for?Global Payments Gateway?is provided at https://woocommerce.com/my-account/create-a-ticket/?form=ticket.

    Please login to WooCommerce.com with the account you’ve used to purchase
    Global Payments Gateway, select?Global Payments Gateway?from the dropdown so that the query ends up in the right queue.

    If you’re using a third party extension to get this done, please get in touch with their plugin support team directly.
