• Hello,

When looking at the photo gallery on a product page on mobile, swiping right shows the next picture in the gallery but swiping left opens the website menu.

Could you please advise how to fix that ?

    Many thanks,

    Quentin

  • Hi @qlucantis,

    Thanks for reaching us,

I suspect one of the plugins you’re using might be causing the problem, so please try deactivating all the plugins one by one and check if the problem resolves.

Let me know if this helps you or not and I will be back.

    Hi,

Thanks for the update. It unfortunately did not work, would there be a way to deactivate swiping to switch images and just tapping them instead ?

Any other solution is also welcome !

    Have a good day,

I’m having a similar problem after the latest wordpress update. “Swiper is not defined” appears at Console (F12) and it’s causing some troubles with other plugins. How can I disable swiper.js? (I don’t use it)

    Hi @qlucantis,

Can you please share the screen recording from your end as I am unable to replicate the issue on my end? Kindly provide the screen-recording and I will be back.

In my case, the problem was caused by the plugin “Asset CleanUp: Page Speed Booster”. After an update (I don’t know when) it started to minify the css wrongly and caused many problems with other plugin, and this “swiper” problem. So I disabled it and never had any problem.
