    Hello,

I need some help please. My website is running with woocommerce everything was working fine until the last 6-7 days it went down. I keep getting error message that woocommerce plugin is causing the issue.

    Technical details of my site:
    1- Woocommerce: Version: 5.3.0
    2- WordPress Version (5.7.2)
    3- PHP: Version (7.4.18)

Theme is up to date. All other plugins were updated.

I contacted hosting team, who confirmed that everything is fine on their end, all this was because of woocommerce plugin, there might be ”compatibility issue”.

Every time I activate ”woocommerce” I get the error message:

Fatal error: Uncaught RuntimeException: Error saving action: Error saving action: Duplicate entry '0' for key 'PRIMARY' in /homepages/26/d867863063/htdocs/clickandbuilds/WordPress/MyCMS2/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce/packages/action-scheduler/classes/migration/ActionScheduler_DBStoreMigrator.php:44 Stack trace: #0 /homepages/26/d867863063/htdocs/clickandbuilds/WordPress/MyCMS2/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce/packages/action-scheduler/classes/data-stores/ActionScheduler_HybridStore.php(242): ActionScheduler_DBStoreMigrator->save_action(Object(ActionScheduler_Action), NULL) #1 /homepages/26/d867863063/htdocs/clickandbuilds/WordPress/MyCMS2/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce/packages/action-scheduler/classes/ActionScheduler_ActionFactory.php(177): ActionScheduler_HybridStore->save_action(Object(ActionScheduler_Action)) #2 /homepages/26/d867863063/htdocs/clickandbuilds/WordPress/MyCMS2/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce/packages/action-scheduler/classes/ActionScheduler_ActionFactory.php(84): ActionScheduler_ActionFactory->store(Objec in /homepages/26/d867863063/htdocs/clickandbuilds/WordPress/MyCMS2/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce/packages/action-scheduler/classes/migration/ActionScheduler_DBStoreMigrator.php on line 44

Can someone please help me to find solution of this ?

    Hi @alliaexpress,

This could be due to a compatibility issue caused by a recent update of one of your plugins. Can you please provide us the following:

    • System Status: You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

Also, could you please do a conflict test by following the steps below?

    • Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront
    • Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
    • Repeat the action that is causing the problem

If you’re not seeing the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated. To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict. You can find a more detailed explanation on how to do a conflict test here https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/how-to-test-for-conflicts.

Make sure you have a full backup in place of your site and database before making any changes. You could consider using a service like Jetpack. If something goes wrong after installing the plugin you can restore your site to the previous state.

    Thanks!

    Hello Mirko,

Thanks a lot for your reply.

I have been in touch with hosting provider who found out that somehow there was a table was removed and now it was added and issue was solved.

Still checking why this happened only with woocommerce.

Issue is solved now. I appreciate your help
    regards
    Soufiane
