    Hi there,

All images are set to custom sizes in Elementor to ensure they display in the same sizes across various fields on home page.
After the installation of WoCommerce plug, my images are not displaying properly.
I have uninstalled the plug and restored the website from template but the images are still not displaying correctly.
When I try to edit the page with Elementor, the preview of the website shows images displaying correctly when in fact they are not.
I have checked all the settings, which are the same, and I am unsure of how to fix this, other than uploading new photos manually adjusted one by one to match sizes… which of course would be time consuming.

Can someone please shed some light on the issue?
    Thanks in advance!

    Hi @astonprime,

Can you please share a link to the page where these images are not correctly displaying after enabling WooCommerce?

We also would like to take a look at your site’s System Status. You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

    Looking forward to your response.

Most of the images and layout issues are on our home page at https://www.astonprime.com

We have deleted the WooCommerce plugin in order to try to restore the website prior to its installation. Hence why I cannot generate System Status via WooCommerce -> Status.

We used every possible backup restore and saved template to get back to the point before installing the WooCommerce plugin that crashed the website.

We identified that Checkout, Basket, Shopping Cart, My account, Refund& Returns Policy& Shop pages installed by the Woocommerce plugin that we deleted were still in our Pages list.

After deleting the Woocommerce plugin pages, they… came back.

Any idea what is causing that? As that is likely why the website’s layout is still crashed.

    Regards,

    Hi @astonprime

I understand that your website is still behaving in an unexpected manner even after uninstalling the WooCommerce plugin.

Thanks for sharing the URL. The appearance of the pages is controlled by Elementor, so your best option for you at this point is to get in touch with Elementor support at https://elementor.com/support/ , as they’d be more familiar with how Elementor works than we would be.

    * Elementor is a third-party plugin, which limits us from being able to provide support for.

You can check if WooCommerce was completely removed or whether remnants may have been left behind that might be interfering with the proper functioning of the site. Here’s a guide to help with this: https://silicondales.com/tutorials/woocommerce/uninstall-completely-remove-woocommerce/

We’ve not heard back from you in a while, so I’m marking this thread as resolved. Hopefully, the above info was helpful.

If you have further questions, please feel free to open a new topic.
