The WooCommerce Plugin has been affecting my Elementor Editor
The Elementor Editor started to buffer on Sunday and I followed the procedure by decactivating some of the plugins apart form Elementor Pro and Elementor to find out and now its this plugin that is seriously effecting it. Which in affect, means that I have to deactivate the plugin if I wanted to Edit via Elementor. Especially with the Templates.

I’m not sure what to do else and I understand that this is a major problem, so if someone can check for other issues then that would be great.

• Hi @kgospel,

Thanks for reaching out for us on this issue! Here are the first steps I’d recommend being sure you are running the latest version of the following:

1. Elementor Pro and Elementor
2. Your theme parent files
3. WooCommerce

If you are still seeing this issue after updating to the latest versions, or if you are already running the latest version, I’d recommend reaching out to the Elementor support team on this! They will be much better equipped to help figure out why the editor and builder are running slowly when WooCommerce is active.

Please let us know what you discover!

The Elementor and WooCommerce is definitely updated. I purchased Elementor Pro

I’ve recently purchased Astra Pro. However how do I check the Astra theme files? Where do I go?

I appreciate the help! Thank you

Hi there,

Just to take a step back for a moment – you mentioned “The Elementor Editor started to buffer” – Can you elaborate a bit more on what that means? Is the Elementor editor nor loading while WooCommerce is active? Are you seeing any JavaScript errors in the console tab of your browser tools? Can you share a copy of your status report as found under **WooCommerce > Status**?

Yes in terms of the word buffering the Elementor editor loading becomes slow whilst WooCommerce is active. I can’t do anything with things like the Product Template because when you deactivate WooCommerce, the pages go with it.

Here’s the link to the WooCommerce status.

Yes, when I say buffer, I mean it’s slowing loading with the blue circle going round. When the WooCommerce is active yes.

Hi @kgospel,

Sorry for the delayed response here.

I’ve recently purchased Astra Pro. However how do I check the Astra theme files? Where do I go?

To check your Astra files, go to Appearance > Themes and check to see if there is an update available. You can also check there to see what version you are running and check with the Astra Pro team directly on this.

I’d still definitely recommend reaching out to Elementor on this. Since the issue is happening inside the Builder and specifically with the Builder, they’ll be much better able to assist with this.

If you do want to send along your site status, you’ll need to copy and paste it directly here:

1. Go to **WooCommerce > Status**.
2. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.

Once you’ve done that, you can paste it here in your response. However, I do want to say that our ability to help with this is likely limited, since our team isn’t familiar with the Elementor Builder and loading issues with Elementor.

We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved – if you have any further questions, you can start a new thread.
