I am having many operational errors with my WooCommerce site. The system automatically went into maintenance mode Sunday night into Monday. The system was restored to operation since then, but is experiencing issues with processing orders, and specifically the dropshipping notifications to suppliers. I’m unable to run my business as intended and need support. When I pulled the fatal error log data, I found a similar issue online that pointed to GoDaddy hosting. I started a ticket there and was unsuccessful in remedying the issue. They said the error is with the WooCommerce plugin and I needed to seek support over here.

Here’s the error detail from the log:
2022-08-31T01:16:45+00:00 CRITICAL Uncaught TypeError: GoDaddyWordPressMWCShippingModelsPackagesPackage::setTrackingUrl(): Argument #1 ($value) must be of type string, null given, called in /var/www/wp-content/mu-plugins/gd-system-plugin/plugins/mwc-core/vendor/godaddy/mwc-dashboard/src/Shipping/DataSources/ShipmentTracking/Adapters/ShipmentAdapter.php on line 93 and defined in /var/www/wp-content/mu-plugins/gd-system-plugin/plugins/mwc-core/vendor/godaddy/mwc-shipping/src/Models/Packages/Package.php:307

    Any help is greatly appreciated!

    Hi @eupure,

Per the stack trace in the error log you shared, the issue seems to be connected to one of the Must Use plugins you have on the site.

It’s the GD Systems Plugin. It looks like it’s something built by GoDaddy, where I assume you’re hosting the site.

You’ll want to discuss this with the folks over at GoDaddy.
