• Hi everybody,

    I’m new and I’ve a problem with the checkbox ‘Grant access to downloadable products after payment’ in Woocommerce-settings-Products-Downloadable products: ever time I try to check the box and click SAVE button, but after more or less time (one hour, sometimes less), I find the box unchecked. This is a big problem.
    I’m using the 3.1.0 version of Woocommerce and Symbiostock pro for selling microstock images on my own.

    Is there anyone else with the same issue? In what way is it possible to solve it?

    Are you sure that all transients are enabled to be saved into your database?
    Can I ask you to try to replicate this issue on Vanilla WooCommerce installation on clean WordPress environment as well?
    It’s quite weird and I think that many of 3d party scripts may involve on this issue at your server.

    thank you very much for your answer.
    I’m sorry but I don’t know what are transients and so I’ve installed the plugin Transient Manager to understand if I could enable all: can you explain how to enable all?
    I’ve also post the question in WooCommerce forum, but one aswer was that I’ve to try to disable all the plugins and re-enable one by one to see which one is the responsible of the issue. I’m going slightly mad about this problem…

    Hi,
    Transients are just an idea why your website doesn’t work like a charm. It saves user session in the database and that may affect your settings.
    On the other hand, make sure that your hosting provider doesn’t put any cache setup on your website installation.
    As I wrote – first of all please try to use Vanilla WooCommerce installation on clean WordPress environment and try to replicate the issue. If the issue won’t appear, I’d consider investigation on your theme and other plugins.
