    I’m at wit’s end. WooCommerce keeps rendering a “no payments option” error message even though I’ve gone into settings and added/saved the payment options, and now I can’t even access WP to edit my site. Additionally, the link between the dedicated website email and its forwarding function to my personal email is affected by this glitch, according to Hostgator’s useless customer service reps.

    All I want to do is sell PDF patterns for embroidery and have the system send me emails when the orders come through.

    Thank you for contacting WooCommerce support.

    I understand your issue. You are seeing a “no payment options” error despite configuring them, and now you can’t access WP to edit your site.

    To confirm, are you unable to log in as an admin?
    Have you tried resetting the password using the “Forgot password” link?

    May I ask, when did this payment issue start?
