The site in question was updated by the user to 4.8 which crashed the site. I logged in via the recovery mode and tried deactivated all plugins and trying to reinstall – this still crashed the site. I tried every other version via rollback all with the same issue until I tried version 3.9.3 which is now stable. The error mentions something to do with action scheduler. I haven’t got the exact error as Im unsure on how to obtain it without causing issue to the site again. Any help would be extremely helpful!

    Many thanks

    Hi there ??

Upon reading the issue you are having, I want to let you know that this kind of problem is usually caused by either a conflict with your theme or another plugin.
    ?
Could you please let me know if you’re experiencing this issue with the Storefront theme active? Just to let you know, you can temporarily switch to the storefront theme to test this.

If you can’t do this on your live site, I’d recommend duplicating your site (staging) and doing the test on the staging site.

In case that your host doesn’t offer that option, we recommend WP Staging for quickly spinning up a new test site.

Please keep us posted. Thank you!

We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved – if you have any further questions, you can start a new thread.
