WooCommerce Points and Rewards

  • Point redeem function not working.

    User not able to redeem points during checkout.

    redeem points option is not available in cart.

    Even when customer place an order it does show earned points in a log and does get added to customer profile but on order admin it shows none.

    need help to fix an issue.
