    dear haet,
i have installed woocommerce, wp html mail/woocommerce and post smtp.
it all works fine, but sometimes we have a problem with the woocommerce processing mails: all the special characters are broken.
this happens approx 2 mails on 100. i can not reproduce this issue, so it s difficult to say what triggers this problem.

post smtp has a log file, but the “broken” mails are not appearing in the log files. in the header we can see that they are sent through smtp though

in the mail the encoding is different, for example “Gr?sse”
    in broken mail: Gr=C3=83=C2=B6sse
    in right mail: Gr=C3=B6sse

do you have any advice on this issue?

    many thanks,
    bart

    Hello @kersavond,
This should be solved with todays update but I’m not 100% sure because it only happens on a few installations and only sometimes so it is really hard to reproduce.
If it still happens please keep me updated.
    best regards, Hannes
