Woocommerce price cache

I have Woocommerce store with more than 20,000 products each morning i built a script to modify the price’s and the stock quantity through database directly, when you look at the database the changes are made correctly but when you open the product as user you will see only the quantity are changed but the price still the old one,

and if you edit the product you will find the price are changed but it’s not take any effect till i click update to product, so i think there some cache for Woocommerce which prevent the changes to take place.

i have deactivated all cache plugin that am using but still same problem.

i think am missing something
