    Good Morning,

I just downloaded this plug in spanish “WooCommerce Print Invoices & Delivery Notes” but it doesn′t work. When I want to print a bill it says:

Fatal error: Class ‘WC_Order_Item_Meta’ not found in /kunden/273894_90480/webseiten/conmama/shop/wordpress/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce-delivery-notes/classes/class-wcdn-print.php on line 143

What can I do to solve this problem?

Also the logo size ist too small and if I change the size it won′t be shown bigger.

Thank you very much in advance for your help.

ok, I just needed to update WooCommerce. I did and now it works.

I still have the problem with the size of my logo.

Also, the weight appears next to each article and I don′t want it to be shown there. What can I do?

The image is showing at whatever image size is 300 X 144, if you can edit that in teh media settings then go for it then regenerate the thumbnails ( https://www.ads-software.com/extend/plugins/regenerate-thumbnails/ )

I could not see where the weight is displayed.

    Cheers

    Hi Ben,

the weight is displayed next to the article name when printing an invoice.

I don′t quite understand the solution for the size of my logo. I haven′t got the option “regenerate thumbnails”, either.

ok, I have the media settings but what should I change?
    I have:
    – Medium Size: 300×300
    – Large Size: 1024×1024

Is any of those what I have to change? But then it will be changed for the whole images of the blog! I′m surely wrong… I have no idea!

in settings -> media are there any of those image sizes that are 300 by 144?

if there are, change them and then install / run the plugin I pointed you to earlier.

as for the weight, you will need to edit the theme file that generates the invoice HTML to remove it.

    Cheers

Thank you for your help Ben but I think I won′t be able to change anything…

No images are 300 by 144.

For the problem with the weight… I don′t understand what I have to do.

Thank you anyway for trying to help.

If its possible, you might consider hiring someone here https://jobs.wordpress.net/ to have a look at it.

    Cheers
    Ben
