Woocommerce Privacy Policy Options

    Hi.

    Something weird is happening in the woocommerce>settings>accounts and privacy.

    In there when I try to change the privacy message in the checkout field, it always reset it to: “woocommerce_Request quote_privacy_policy_text”.

    I have wpml installed, and if I leave the field with “woocommerce_Request quote_privacy_policy_text” in the frontend in the English page version it shows the text correctly, but if I change the page to the other language it only shows “woocommerce_Request quote_privacy_policy_text” in the frontend. (see screenshots).

    Are you sure this is relevant to our plugin?

    “woocommerce_Request quote_privacy_policy_text” is not a string that we use that I know of.
    Is there another another quote plugin active (or used to be)?

    Do you get the message”“woocommerce_Request quote_privacy_policy_text”” if you disable the plugin?

    Yes, I still get the message when I disable the plugin.

    So the problem is not your plugin. I’ve no idea what is causing this.
