    `I’ve noticed that the My Account page has stopped working perfectly, it doesn’t respond to any link, not even when I log out. I removed the plugin but everything is still the same. It asked me if I wanted to add it to My Account, I enabled it, it told me to go to the permalinks page and save changes, from then on the links from My Account stopped working.

    If from the My Account page I click on “Addresses” it refreshes but it always stays on the main page of my “my-account” account. The same if I click on other “Account Details”, “Orders”, “My Account” and “My Account”. , “Orders” ,… ,…etc.

    I have no idea how to make it all work again from the My Account page.

    Resulta que me he dado cuenta que la página Mi Cuenta ha dejado de funcionar perfectamente, no responde a ningun enlace, ni siquiera al cierre de sesión. He eliminado el plugin pero todo sigue igual. Me preguntó si quería a?adirlo a Mi Cuenta, lo habilité, me indicó que fuera a la página de enlaces permanentes y que guardara cambios, a partir de ahí dejaron de funcionar los enlaces desde Mi Cuenta.

    Si desde la página Mi Cuenta hago clic en “Direcciones” refresca pero siempre se mantiene en la página principal de mi cuenta “mi-cuenta”. Lo mismo si hago clic en otras “Detalles de la Cuenta” , “Pedidos” ,…etc.

    No tengo idea como hacer para que desde la página Mi Cuenta todo vuelva a funcionar.

    Hi @marurbgil,

    The forum guidelines do not allow the sharing of login credentials. We’re happy to assist directly on the forum without having to access the site’s backend.

    Moderators here will be able to remove the credentials on this post, but kindly try to remove them from your side.

    It does sound this issue is caused by a conflicting theme or plugin on your site. The best way to determine this is to:

    • Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront
    • Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
    • Go to the “My Account” page and check again

    If you’re not seeing the same behavior after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated.

    Reactivate the theme first and check again. Then, go on and reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict.
