    Hi .
    I’m having a problem with WooCommerce , at first I was using Pay Fast payment getaway .
    Any user was able to buy and the transaction would go through. a week later I decided to add another payment getaway which is TradeSafe , since then the “Proceed to checkout” button can’t process any payments. If I log in with the administrator account , I’m able to process the payments.

    If the issue appears after installing a third-party plugin TradeSafe, I’ll recommend you to reach out to the plugin support for that.

    Can you please confirm if this issue goes away when you de-activate that plugin?

    I would like to thank you for your response .
    I did try all your suggested solutions , it’s still not working .
    What worries me the most is if I login with the administrator account ,
    everything runs smoothly.

    As this is directly related to processing of payments, and TradeSafe is the Payment Gateway you are using, we recommend that you open a support request in their dedicated support forum at https://www.ads-software.com/support/plugin/tradesafe-payment-gateway/ or alternatively, get in touch with the plugin author.

    While we’re experts on our own products, third-party plugins are best supported by their own developers.

    Hi Margaret .
    Thank you very much , I looked through the conflict test guide that you suggested .
    I deactivated all the plugins and activated them again one by one .I managed to find the plugin that was giving problems. Website is running as expected.
