Woocommerce proceed to checkout button not working

    Hello, please help. The process to checkout is not working in my store. Nothing happens when I click on it. It’s not even clickable. I deactivated WP super cache but the problem persists. Please help. The theme I’m using is Jannah Newspaper Themes. Thanks.

    @leederrty97 you didn’t mention what payment gateway you are using for payments or what errors you get.

    looking at your site, it looks like you are using a payment plugin called “Paystack”. I would recommend contacting that plugins developer to see why their plugin isn’t working.

    To test and make sure WooCommerce is working correctly, you can change to the default Twenty Nineteen or Storefront theme, then disable ALL plugins, except for WooCommerce. You can enable an offline payment method that is built into WooCommerce such as “Cash on Delivery” or “Bank Transfer”. If you are able to checkout, then it confirms the issue is with either your theme or one of your plugins. At that point you can do conflict testing to find the cause of the problem.
