• Having a very difficult time since updating to WooCommerce 2.0 with the product add-on extension which worked fine before the update. At first I thought it might be an IE only thing. Now in emailing the customers I discovered that they’ve entered in the data in the Custom required fields I created and i”m not getting that information. I rcvd an order last night – products for boys and girls – only color choices came thru – NO NAMES. Not a pleasant experience to have the customer go back thru and tell me which name for which item – when they already entered that on the site.

Has anyone had a similar experience that can help. According to Woo’s pages all extensions were compatible. Again, it was working fine with the child theme twenty twelve I’ve created prior to the update to 2.0. Thanks.

  • I am facing a similar problem. It worked fine prior to the 2.0 update. But one of my clients for whom I installed the Product addons plugin is now telling the same thing. The information filled in the custom fields is not visible on the Orders section, on the Order Received page as well as in the email.

I am trying to find a solution, but nothing so far.

    Can somebody help?

Good to hear I’m not the only one, I’m not a php expert so it’s been difficult but I ran a debug log and nothing is showing up when she tested a purchase.

Same issue here. I upgraded to the latest plugin version that says it is compatible with 2.0, but they still do not show up anywhere. This is a big problem that is affecting my clients website business, which is quite disheartening.

    Is Woo listening? Please help.

They’ll be more likely to see this thread if it’s posted in the WooCommerce sub-forum:

    https://www.ads-software.com/support/plugin/woocommerce

And all of you should be starting your own threads rather than tacking on to someone else’s.

I was facing similar issue at one of my site but have been sorted out with latest updates.
Hopefully this thread in no longer required.
