Woocommerce product Addons plugin is not working on Live website

    Woocommerce product Addons plugin is not working on Live website. With the same settings, WordPress version, PHP version it is working fine on DEV environment. I believe the Plugin renewal date has been expired, by any chance does that cause any issue? if that is the case, I am wondering why that is working on DEV in first case. Please let us know the possible solution.

    Usually there is no issues on live site.

    Please send me the screen recording of the form created and the assigning part of form to the products.

    As mentioned, I have screen recorded the form creation and assigning part. Also if I select “All Products” it is showing up even on PROD. But individual categories it is not showing. As I mentioned in the video, I have ran a data sink from PROD to DEV.

    Please have a look and let us know the possible solution.
