Woocommerce / product attributes and categories not displayed

    Hi,

    my problem is: With the update of the woocommerce plugin to version 3.5.7. on wordpress 5.1.1 with flatsome theme the attributes for variable products do not appear on the product page. We fixed this partly by adding local product attributes manually in the product page. However, we could not fix it globally.

    On the wordpress dashboard under product attributes we had global attributes like size and color. The content of the attributes seems to be in the data base, because we see the entries, but they’re not displayed. The same goes for categories.(taxonomy=product_cat). They are categories, but they are not displayed although we see the entries in the pagination.

    We already tried a couple of things like the health check and deactivating all kinds of plug ins or installing an earlier WooCommerce version, but unfortunately this was not the solution to our problem.
    So happy to hear more recommendations.

    Thank you for providing that information.

    It looks like the database is having some issues. Can you reach out to your hosting provider and let them know about those errors?

    We have seen this before. We tried exporting the site down to a local install where the database is a different database, and that fixes the issue. You might try that as well, just to confirm.

    I created my attributes but I am having a difficult time adding them to the PRODUCTS I go to simple product, than attributes. i click on save and than update attributes do not show on site. visible on site is checked
    all products in this category have the same finishes with the same price
