Woocommerce Product Categories Widget

Hello,
I would like to know how to change the colour of the product categories on my sidebar.
When selecting a product it gives a grey background and you can barely read the writing.
My site displaying this is https://www.barkington.net/index.php/product-category/dog/

Any help is appreciated.
