Woocommerce "Product Data" add & accurate ship costs
-
Been thru tutorials, and can’t send people to my site to review, it is under maintenance till I get this resolved.
Paypal for woocomm is integrated on site to use with woocomm plug express checkout.I’ve entered the “General” info in the tab, and have 5 more items to enter.
How do I add more data, for same kind of product that is in “General Tab” but will have different weights and dimensions for shipping calc’s. Do I use variables OR?
Here’s my example of differebnt data.
EXAMPLE: Here’s my bottles, weights and descriptions of same product type.
16oz colloidal silver bottle 30 oz’s 8x4x4
8oz bottle 16oz’s 6x3x3
2oz bottle boston round 5oz’s 4x2x2
2oz nasal sprayer 5oz’s 6x2x2
2oz hand sprayer 5 oz;s 6x2x2
2oz eye dropper 5oz’s 6x2x2Do I use the variables tab?
Do the variations configure into the shipping configuration from this tab, or do I need to enter products weight, dimensions in a differnet manner?
If so, where?
Under the “add variations” drop down tab, which option would best suit for my example, if this is correct method for my example?RELATED: As it stands, the shipping dosen’t calc. even without variable products. What would I confirm in ship settings to make sure this is corrected?
In shipping tab, what is the meaning of no shipping class or standard? Which should I choose and why?
Is woocommerce using the predetermined shipping amounts (by weight) I originally set up in paypal, when I was using buttons?
Thanks.
