Thanks for the reply, it will take some time for me to backup and restore the site onto a staging mode to test.

Just to add an alternative, you can use the Health Check plugin. It has a troubleshooting mode for the admin user so that your visitors are not affected when you’re testing (switching themes and deactivating plugins). Feel free to do the test using any method that’s preferable to you and update us on your findings.
