Woocommerce product enquiry form?

    Is it possible to create a woocommerce product enquiry form to add to each product page (I would do this) so that the form ‘product field’ would return the product page the form was sent from?

    I trust you’re doing well!

    You may place the same form on every product page. Please edit the form and insert a Hidden field. Please see this screenshot:

    Please edit the hidden field and under Default Value dropdown choose Embed Page/Post ID to get the page ID, or you may choose Embed Post/Page Title.

    This way each submission will contain the Page Id or Page Title, which will be visible only to you.

    You may add as many hidden fields as you need.
